A native Houstonian, Kenneth C. “K.C.” specializes in the areas of personal injury litigation including toxic torts, oil field accidents, medical malpractice, premises liability, products liability, deceptive trade practices, and workers’ compensation. Mr. Baker has represented clients in civil lawsuits involving defamation, employment discrimination and insurance bad faith.

After working in the oil and gas industry for a number of years Kip Patterson began his legal career with the colorful and extremely successful trial lawyer H.D. (Dwane) Caldwell, Jr. While under the guidance of Caldwell, Kip gained invaluable experience in the handling of a client's matter beginning with pre-suit investigation of the incident up to and through the appellate process. Kip Patterson focuses his practice on the representation of individuals and companies in premises liability, plant explosion, construction site accidents, automobile and trucking claims, products liability, as well as other types of civil litigation. Mr. Patterson has been responsible for the resolution of over 1500 lawsuits through trial, summary judgment, and mediation.
